A bit about Lee...
Hi! My name is Lee Riley Darbyshire. I am originally from Hamilton, Ohio but currently live in Irvine, Kentucky with my husband Jeff. I was raised in Tri-County Assembly of God church, but ran from God when I began to cut my own path in the world. God never took His hand off of my life. Despite wrong choices I made throughout my life, God was right there with me to turn my mess in to a blessing. Every situation He brought me through adds to my testimony of just how awesome He is.
My Faith...
Once I devoted my life back to Christ, God placed a yearning deep inside of me of wanting to help and serve other women experiencing similar situations that He brought me out of. I was leading women’s ministry and worship at my church when I received a prophecy that I would stop doing both. I loved what I was doing and thought how silly it would be for me to stop working for the Lord. Little did I know the plans God had for my life.
My Involvement...
I did have to step down from leading women’s ministry. I did have to step down from worship team. I had to sit quietly on the pew and just listen to Him for a season. It didn’t last long, as God opened doors for me to minister. I became a Regional Director for Empowering Women and an Ambassador for Deborah’s Voice. Deborah’s Voice was birthed out of Pastor Diane Mullins answering the Holy Ghost when He asked, “Who speaks for me?” Empowering Women came about from Vonda Bishop desiring to encourage, equip and empower other women desiring to fulfill the call of ministry upon their lives. I believe in these last days God is raising not only His sons but His daughters as well to lead a great wave of revival across our nation. With everything God has done for me, who am I not to answer His call?
A bit about Larrell...
Hi! My name is Larrell Lester Johns. I grew up in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of Virginia, a Pastor's daughter. I moved to Kentucky when I married my husband Ron, and we still reside here in the heart of the Bluegrass state raising our 2 handsome sons, Landon & Aidan, along with all of our spiritual children we have grown to love in our position as Youth Pastors at our home church.
My Faith...
I have been in ministry my whole life but only truly came to know the Lord for myself when, around the age of 16 years old, the God I had heard about my entire life, captured my heart and turned my life around. My relationship with the Lord and the newfound love for Him enabled me to step out a little further in ministry. Through God's open doors, I was able to lead prayer in my high school my entire senior year. We had revival in our school as God revealed Himself ever so mightily through those prayer meetings.
My Involvement...
This is where my love for youth and for prayer was really cultivated. And so the journey began until I arrived at the Ark of Mercy COG where prayer, worship and youth are the very beats of my heart. I now serve along side my husband as Youth Pastors for Rend Youth, I lead Prayer Meetings on Wednesday nights and stand beside Brandi and Lee as part of our worship team. I treasure my relationship and walk with the Lord more than anything in this world and love seeing His hand continuously orchestrating my life. It is my absolute desire that we would all come to know Him on a deeper and more intimate level and truly begin to recognize His glory in all that we do.

A Bit About Brooke…
Hi! My name is Brooke Martin. I am from Richmond, Kentucky and currently reside there with my husband, Josh, and our daughter Kennedy. I am an elementary school teacher and have a passion for helping others! I grew up in the Richmond House of Prayer under the leadership of Pastors Owen and Gail Moody. I still attend and serve there to this day, along with my husband, in our church’s worship ministry.
My Faith...
I grew up in church and started singing at the age of 4. Somewhere in my teen years I drifted away. At the age of 20 I rededicated my life to the Lord, and I’ve never looked back! God began to move mountains and lead me through valleys to bring me to where I am today! Without Him, I am nothing! God delivered me from anxiety, insecurity, and depression. He called me back to worship ministry, and I have learned that my praise is a weapon that can defeat the enemy! Helping other women grow in their faith, and learn that God is our ultimate provider, healer, and deliverer is what I want my life song to be. I praise God for every opportunity He allows me for His glory!
My Connection...
I met Lee through Empowering Women Ministries and we instantly connected. Many times she has comforted me, counseled me, poured into me, and spoke prophetically over me. When I think of Lee, I consider her my spiritual mama. I thank God for placing her in my life! I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside her, as well as Brandi and Larrell, and be a part of Woven Ministries!
