- For returned clothing items to be eligible for refund or store credit, it must be returned in brand new condition. It must be unworn with original tags attached, free of deodorant stains, make up stains, free of odors and smells (perfume, cigarette smoke, pet odors, cooking odors, moth balls) and free of pet hairs. All returns must be received within 15-days of date of purchase from the boutique. All returns must be in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our terms and conditions. We cannot provide refunds for any items listed under the categories Rooted in Appalachia, Miscellanea, and Markdowns & Clearance.
EXCHANGES:
- Items may be exchanged for another size in the same item only. Please contact us for an exchange prior to sending it back so we can verify availability and set the item aside for you. With exchanges, you will pay the cost of return shipping to get the item back to us, but we will send the exchange at no additional charge. There will be no restocking fees for exchanges.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON OUR PART.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
- If your item is damaged /defective when received, we will gladly provide a full refund upon return of item. You must contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery with an uploaded photo of the damaged merchandise and we contact you for arrangements.
Please use your INVOICE provided with your order for all returns. All returns will be issued as a store credit/gift card sent to your email unless you write on the return slip that you would like a "Refund". Again, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We will do our best to process your return quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
