Shipping Policy

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. We do our best to have all orders processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

We do not ship outside of the United States.  

Standard Shipping is offered for all 50 States within the US. This shipping option also includes PO Boxes and APOs/ FPOs. 

Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.  

Please make sure you are providing us with a valid, safe address to have your package delivered to so you can assure its arrival. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
